Hello hikers, here’s a brand new edition of the East Coast Trail Quiz!

Play along to test your knowledge of the trail, or just for the fun of it 🙂

You may remember Quiz 1, 23 and 4 from previous years and this year’s quiz is very similar. For prizes, I’m giving away two copies of the East Coast Trail Guide, one to the winner and one to another lucky participant.

Here’s how it works: below you’ll find 12 images showing mystery locations, it’s up to you to correctly guess where they were taken!

As always, all images show East Coast Trail scenery somewhere between Cape St. Francis and Cappahayden, they were either taken from the trail itself or from somewhere close to it.

To play along, please list your 12 answers in the comment section below the quiz, ideally in this form:

  1. Niagara Falls, on Sugarloaf Path
  2. Lake Superior, on Cape Spear Path
  3. etc…

Here are the 12 quiz images, good luck!

And with that image, you’ve reached the end of the quiz. Please add your answers in the comments below, and make extra effort not to peek at the other participant’s answers 😉

How did you do, was it easy or hard?

If you enjoyed these scenic photos and want to learn more about Newfoundland’s East Coast Trail, please have a look at the East Coast Trail Guide, a digital trail guide and photo book that tells you where to find these beautiful spots and much much more.

Quiz answers and winners will be revealed next Friday, so be sure to check back here to see how you did.
Please indicate along with your 12 answers if you’re playing just for fun or if you’re playing for the prize, and please note that you’ll need an iPad, iPhone or Mac to read the East Coast Trail Guide.
