Today I drove down the Southern Shore Highway, trying to find seals again like yesterday, but this time with Marije, which was more fun. We checked just about every harbour between St. John’s and Cappahayden, and found seals in Bay Bulls, Brigus South, and Renews.

The seal we found ‘chilling’ on the ice in Bay Bulls is shown above.

In winter time you often see seals resting on the harbour ice, even in busy places like this.
