This is the last look at comet Panstarrs on this blog, I promise!
The previous two opportunities to see Panstarrs were during cloudy nights with ‘clear windows’, but tonight gave me an almost completely cloudless sky! Humidity veiled the stars a little, but this was still my best look at comet Panstarrs so far:
As you can see the comet was not alone, by now it has moved to the north-western sky, so you can see it close to the Andromeda Galaxy. The meteorite on the left was a coincidental catch, when you take enough pictures of the night sky you are bound to get one sooner or later.
