This article is a part of my East Coast Trail on Bing Maps series.
Sugarloaf Path runs from Logy Bay to Quidi Vidi.
2017 update: clicking on the images below will take you to Bing Maps, but no longer to its ‘Bird’s Eye View’ feature, as the East Coast Trail aerial views were removed from Bing Maps in 2017.
The North trailhead is located in Logy Bay, near the Ocean Sciences Centre.
The trail follows the hills up to The Parlor,
then continues to the top of Sugarloaf Head.
Further down South, the trail edges along the St. John’s landfill.
Beyond Small Point the trail reaches its lowest point at the Skerries.
Then follows the climb to Bawdens Highland,
before finally reaching Quidi Vidi.
The South trailhead is located in the White Hills just West of Quidi Vidi.
