I bought a fun lens recently, which gives a very wide view, so wide in fact that they call it a fisheye lens. Here’s a shot I made during today’s sunset on Signal Hill:
The image is a bit dark perhaps but that’s what happens at sunset, anything brighter would have ruined the detail in the sky.
After driving down the hill I took some shots looking back on The Cabot, with the winding road in front of it illuminated by the visitors:
The tacky star on the side of the Cabot actually helped fill in the shadows on Signal Hill, so at least it’s good for something. I still hope they take it off soon.
