Today I was outside hiking on the northernmost trail of the East Coast Trail.

On the trail I met a lot of ECTA people, they were busy making an ‘initial cut’, using a new type of saw to branch out some extra loops from the existing trail. As a result I was one of the first hikers on the new trail, and on the way back the trail was already a lot longer than on the way in, that’s how fast they were working.

The weather was fair, but the temperature is really dropping and full-blown winter can’t be far away now. Here are a few shots from today:
